You directly provide us with most of the information we collect: when you apply for the net-metering program through Golden Ray, we use your information to complete forms, and application for any of our programs. We also collect information about your communications with Golden Ray as well as any of your posts on our blogs. In addition, we will ask you to help us grow our company by leaving a review.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Information –We do not store personal information only for as long as we are in the application process to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties – We do not share personal information with third parties.
Where relevant under applicable laws, all processing of your personal information will be justified by a “lawful ground” for processing. In the majority of cases, processing will be justified on the basis that:
